What does AI-native mean?+
It means your teammate knows how to use approved AI tools thoughtfully for research, drafting, analysis, automation, and quality checks—and when human judgment, verification, or escalation is required.
What kinds of businesses do you support?+
The model is designed for founders, professionals, and growing teams across industries. Matching starts with your workflows and goals, not a narrow industry label.
Where are teammates based?+
Our initial talent community is based in the Philippines, with availability designed around agreed U.S. business-hour overlap.
What can a teammate do?+
Executive and administrative support, marketing coordination, follow-up, CRM organization, research, scheduling, customer support, reporting, project coordination, and other documented workflows.
What can’t a teammate do?+
They may not provide regulated legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional services, or use systems and AI tools your company has not approved.
How does matching work?+
An administrator reviews your assessment and role charter, then creates a curated slate. You review profiles and interview candidates before selecting anyone.
Is AI making hiring decisions?+
No. AI may produce labeled recommendations and summaries, but a person reviews the work and people make final hiring, compensation, legal, financial, and performance decisions.
What if my match is not a fit?+
Simply let us know. We can immediately begin connecting you with a new potential teammate, using what we learned from the first match so you do not have to start over.
When do I pay?+
You can create an account, define your role, and review potential matches before paying. After you select a teammate, you set up payment to unlock direct communication and begin a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial before the first monthly charge. Current planning prices are confirmed before activation.
What happens during the 7-day free trial?+
Your payment method is saved, direct communication with your selected teammate is unlocked, and your onboarding begins. Use the week to launch an initial workflow and experience the working relationship. You may cancel during the trial before your first monthly charge.
